This booklet contains forms for organ donation, the Michigan Statutory Will, and the Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care, as well as a personal records form to allow family to locate important legal and personal documents.

State law requires that the price of most items in stores be displayed by any manner that clearly and reasonably conveys the price in the store at the place where the item is located. If you are charged more than the price displayed, the law gives you specific rights. This card lists your scanner error pricing rights.

Before you and your family head to the shore, I wanted to send along some information of interest to boaters and anglers. Along with a legislative report, this newsletter provides safety tips and a resource guide. I hope you find it useful.
